Absolute donkey with Todd, he fishes with me 20+ days a year and is a pleasure each time! This 35” is his biggest shallow water Redfish to date and I’m not sure who was more excited when it got to the net. Thanks again buddy
Just got back into town and went fishing with Jamey and his son @alexrichardson3488 , they came down from Virginia to fish in the rain all day! All smiles with this crew we had a great time, thanks again guys
Justin landed his first redfish today, and he did it in tough, overcast conditions with almost no light.
Moments like this are why we love sight-fishing.

Our Story
MEET THE CAPTAINs
CAPTAIN HUNTER DELISLE
Owner & Guide
Captain Hunter Delisle is the owner and operator of Unforeseen Charters, specializing in sight fishing and fly fishing the waters around Savannah, Georgia. Since 2021, Hunter has built a reputation for putting anglers on fish in shallow water, where patience, precision, and local knowledge make all the difference.
Whether stalking tailing redfish on fly or hunting the next big bite on light tackle, Hunter’s approach is personal, professional, and always focused on creating a memorable day on the water.
When he’s not guiding, Hunter enjoys life in Savannah with his wife Vanessa and their three dogs. His passion for fishing and the outdoors drives every charter, and his goal is simple: to share that same love for the Lowcountry waters with every guest who steps aboard.
CAPTAIN JACKSON PAUL
Lead Guide
Born and raised in Savannah, GA, Captain Jackson Paul has been fishing the local waters for as long as he can remember. Introduced to the water by his father at a young age, he quickly developed a passion for learning the tides, tracking fish, and perfecting a variety of techniques. Today, he brings that same passion to every charter, offering an unforgettable fishing experience for anglers of all skill levels.
Captain Jackson tailors each trip to his guests, whether they’re first-time fishermen or seasoned anglers. While his favorite target is flounder, Savannah’s waters also provide world-class opportunities for redfish, trout, and exciting seasonal species. His knowledge of the area and dedication to his clients ensure not just a successful trip, but an enjoyable one.
When he’s not guiding, Captain Jackson enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing golf, and, of course, fishing whenever he gets the chance.
Our Boats
Pathfinder 2200 TRS
The boat you will be fishing on is the state-of-the-art 2022 Pathfinder 2200 TRS. Loaded out with the Minn-Kota 112lb trolling motor and 10-foot power pole. The boat is designed for a very comfortable ride with the ability to fish in very shallow water. The new Yamaha 200 Outboard gives us the speed needed to reach our spots quickly. With large casting platforms bow and stern, and seating for four clients, everyone will be sure to find a seat when its needed! We are outfitted with multiple live wells to keep our bait healthy throughout the day. This is the perfect boat to fish anywhere in the Low Country and into the Sounds.
Poling Skiff
The Poling Skiff provides the best advantage on the Lowcountry Redfish. Pushing the skiff in as little as 6″ of water allows us a stealth approach to the Redfish. This boat is used for Fly fishing and Artificial Lures only. It allows us to get to areas where others cannot reach. Imagine “Hunting fish” if you have never done it before i’d recommend trying it out! These trips are Catch and Release but we will make sure to get great pictures!
