All bookings with Unforeseen Charters are subject to our 7-day cancellation policy:
- Cancellations made 7 or more days before your scheduled trip will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled trip are non-refundable, and the full trip amount will be charged.
- No-shows will be charged the full trip amount. NO EXCEPTIONS If you are over 1 hour late from your scheduled departure without informing us you are considered a No- show
Exceptions:
If your trip is canceled by Unforeseen Charters due to circumstances out of our control—such as a mechanical issue with the vessel or a guide being unavailable due to injury/illness—you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
Please note: Trips may also be rescheduled or canceled due to unsafe weather conditions at the discretion of the captain, in which case a full refund or reschedule will be offered. We will always do our best to get you out on the water if you have flexibility in your schedule.
